Basil Pesto Spread


Ingredients:

1 large bunch of basil (about 3 cups, loosely packed)

2-3 large cloves garlic.

6 Tbsp raw pine nuts, cashews, walnuts (or a combination of the three)

3/4 –1 tsp Celtic salt, or Himalayan to taste.

6 Tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil.

Place all the ingredients in the process and process until well combined.

Great through spelt past or rice noodles, and great on the base or pizza's.
